A String and a Prayer is a sacred, hands-on workshop rooted in ritual, remembrance, and heart-led creation. Guided by Rev. Jolene Star., weavers are invited into the ancient practice of intentional adornment where beads and gems become prayers, string becomes ceremony, and the act of making becomes a living meditation. This class honors adornment as a spiritual language found across cultures: used for protection, devotion, grief, celebration, and soul remembrance. Through storytelling, gentle guidance, and ritual space-holding, Rev. Jolene invites participants to slow down, listen deeply, and allow their hands to follow the wisdom of the heart. Each participant will be guided to set intentions, work with breath and prayer, and create a personal piece infused with meaning-whether for themselves, an ancestor, a beloved, or a threshold...

We will explore how taking a gut-centered approach to healing can unlock whole-body health - influencing everything from digestion and energy to mood, hormones, and immune resilience. Together, we’ll slow down and listen to the language of the body, deepening our understanding of what our symptoms may be communicating. This conversation will offer gentle, practical ways to support gut health through food, daily rituals, and lifestyle practices that can be woven into everyday life. This class is for anyone seeking a deeper connection to their body, curious about the brain-gut connection, or navigating experiences such as digestive discomfort, fatigue, stress, hormonal shifts, or ongoing health challenges. When we get quiet and learn to listen inward, we reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom - and with it, a powerful...

Learning from the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, this workshop explores the principles of the fire element and how it appears in the physiological functions of digestion and metabolism. A person’s digestive ability is described in Ayurveda as agni or digestive fire and closely relates to the doshic constitutions—vata, pitta and kapha. The quality of one’s agni directly supports, influences and manipulates dosha and consciousness. In essence, digestion sheds light on our relationship to Ahankara or identity with self. The stronger the digestion, the clearer perception of self; permitting the body and mind to function together and communicate. Having a strong digestive fire goes hand in hand in with identity and a sense of purpose-filled way of existing in the world. When person’s identity is clear, their...

Feltmaking is a skill that has sustained human communities for thousands of years and represents one of our oldest textile traditions. It is the process of using moisture and agitation to interlock animal fibers into a piece of dense, non-woven fabric (without any warp or weft). Most fabrics are woven or knitted, unlike felt. This ancient technique produces a unique and durable fabric. In this in-person, hands-on class, you will be led through the entire process of wet feltmaking and will have a finished felted piece by the end of the class. You will learn everything you need to know to get started on wet feltmaking on your own, including knowing each step of the process, how to source local wool, test the felt-ability of various...

Wild Birth & ReBirth is a circle-based class blending discussion, storytelling, shared reflection, and a direct experience of guided breathing practice. We explore “wild” as the instinctive, natural intelligence within us—supporting those preparing to birth a baby, those birthing a dream, and those rebirthing into a fuller version of themselves. You’ll learn breath-based tools that support nervous system regulation, grounded presence, endurance, and the ability to meet intensity with more choice and steadiness. Whether you’re moving through initiation, change, triggers, or thresholds, we’ll practice connecting breath awareness to your patterns of reaction and response—so you can soften, release, and consciously surrender into a resourceful flow. Together we’ll integrate what you discover and translate it into everyday life. You’ll leave with a simple, powerful set of breathing principles—how,...

Yogi Dance & Meditation is a rhythmic, beginner‑friendly movement class that blends the structure of a simple yoga flow with the fluidity of dance. The sequence is taught as choreography, but the intention is somatic: continuous, stylized movement that builds warmth, presence, and a gentle trance‑like state. We’ll learn the flow together, then repeat it for about 20 minutes, moving with breath and steady encouragement. Proud Warrior becomes our longest pause and grounding point to reconnect with strength, alignment, and intention before returning to the rhythm. This class integrates breathwork, mindful pacing, and accessible dance‑based movement to support both embodiment and ease. We close with a short guided meditation in Shavasana for reflection, softening, and integration. Yogi Dance & Meditation will be shared by Tasia Mantzoros.  ...
