Yogi Dance & Meditation is a rhythmic, beginner‑friendly movement class that blends the structure of a simple yoga flow with the fluidity of dance. The sequence is taught as choreography, but the intention is somatic: continuous, stylized movement that builds warmth, presence, and a gentle trance‑like state.
We’ll learn the flow together, then repeat it for about 20 minutes, moving with breath and steady encouragement. Proud Warrior becomes our longest pause and grounding point to reconnect with strength, alignment, and intention before returning to the rhythm.
This class integrates breathwork, mindful pacing, and accessible dance‑based movement to support both embodiment and ease. We close with a short guided meditation in Shavasana for reflection, softening, and integration.
