This conversation will offer gentle, practical ways to support gut health through food, daily rituals, and lifestyle practices that can be woven into everyday life.

This class is for anyone seeking a deeper connection to their body, curious about the brain-gut connection, or navigating experiences such as digestive discomfort, fatigue, stress, hormonal shifts, or ongoing health challenges.
