Ali McWeeny

Ali is a transformational guide/coach, educator, and founder of Breath Vitality, devoted to rewilding the human spirit through breath, body, and elemental practice. Serving as Director and facilitator for the Breathing Beyond Bars Prison Program, a Teaching Mentor for Breath Mastery, and Director of The GROWTH Center Foundation—guiding individuals and communities in building resilience, inner steadiness, and aliveness.

With graduate degrees in Physical Education, Movement, Health, Teaching/Coaching, Curriculum Development, Breathwork and Breath Therapy, Ali blends evidence-based practice with somatic wisdom and ancestral remembering, holding respect for lineage, land, and place.
Ali shares breathwork, nervous system regulation, functional movement, water rebirthing, hypnotherapy, permaculture, facilitation mentoring, orgasmic & ecstatic birth, and ancestral “surthrival” skills—including traditional archery, animal harvest, and firewalking. Their principle-based approach welcomes all folks—across all skill levels and belief systems. Sessions are immersive, experiential, and integration-focused, designed to support the release of stagnation, tension, pain, and suffering while igniting energy, creativity, awareness, adaptability, empowerment, and aliveness. Participants leave resourced with practical self-regulation tools, embodied awareness, and inner adaptability they can weave into everyday life.

Ali’s path was forged through challenge: raised “rough,” they chose the lifelong practice of softening—tending trauma, honoring what is and returning to love.
“There is no one way to be, there is no one way to breathe.”
At this gathering, Ali invites you into breath, land, and belonging—together. Come as you are; leave more rooted, regulated, and ready for the next threshold.

Ali will be sharing Rising Breathwork, Wild Birth & ReBirth, and Animal Harvest Alchemy
