Kayla Alexander

Kayla is a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, creative, and educator rooted in the high desert of Northern Nevada. She lives where the mountains meet the sagebrush, growing food and medicine, tending earth and people, helping reweave our collective relationship to Earth, Body, Spirit, and One Another.

Her work centers the intersection of female health, earth connection, and ancestral ways of living, supporting women to cultivate lives rooted in body wisdom, spiritual authenticity, and liberating joy.

Through women’s health, creative living, land-based skills, and community cultivation, she offers her work in service to women, the earth, and our relationships to one another.

She is devoted to becoming something life-giving in these uncertain times~ planting beauty, healing, and hope for our children’s children.
