We are the materialization of our ancestors dreaming. Who is dreaming who? With our dreamtime we engage with ancestors and the departed. Ancestors have led a human life and so understand our struggles around our humans. They have survived fire, famine, flood , disaster, wars, torture and oppression order that we might be alive today. In dreamtime we can have a special access to this wisdom and knowledge from those ancestors who are invested in our well being. This form of indigenous dreaming is so essential right now. Each of us have ancestors that have faced great disturbances to the human family and are eager to assist each one of us as we step through the eye of the needle into a new vision of possibility. We will...

Attention Different in a Modern World: Remembering the Old Ways of the Mind is a 3-hour circle for women whose nervous systems don’t fit neatly into the modern, linear world. Together we will explore “attention different” (having ADHD-type traits) not as a flaw, but as an old way of sensing — a hunter / tracker / village mind that evolved for forests, firesides, weaving circles, and communal life. Drawing on nervous system science, evolutionary perspectives, and gentle earth-based practices, we’ll remember how our ancestors used wide, sensitive attention for important survival skills: tracking, listening, storytelling, weaving, tending children, and tending the land. We’ll then ask: What does it mean to carry this kind of mind now, in a world of screens, deadlines, and constant noise? This is...

Awakening Your Vocal Body is an invitation to combine vocal activation with movement in the spirit of improvisation. In life, we may dance and we may sing, but rarely do we combine these tools together to create a vehicle through which we may express ourselves, release what no longer serves, or find acceptance with what is.  For thousands of years, humankind has gathered through song and dance. The combination is simply encoded in our bodies as truth, and our workshop serves as a return to these foundational elements. We will guide you through an activation of these tools that are native to our beings. Using play as our vehicle, we will introduce improvisation and share in the magic that occurs when we combine the elements of...

Bagua Shen Gong: Feminine Qi Gong for Heart Radiance and Inner Alignment This class introduces Bagua Shen Gong as a powerful, spiraling form of Qi Gong built upon feminine principles of expression. This form of internal martial arts is inspired by the Yijing. With precise circular intelligence, fluid awareness, and intuitive strength, this practice teaches us how to flow with change rather than resist it. Bagua Shen Gong guides us into movements that create spaciousness in the heart for Shen — the innate inner light — to reveal itself. As we move together through sacred geometric forms, or mudras, we unlock held and stagnant energy, creating the conditions for an inner alchemical process that gently guides the heart–mind toward integrative wholeness. Through guided movement sequences, breath practices, and...

Across the world, baskets have been created in relationship with seasonal rhythms, local plants, and communal life, serving practical needs while also carrying deep spiritual, cultural, and artistic meaning. Together, we will embark on a meaningful journey of remembering. We will learn two foundational techniques and styles, the melon basket and a warp-and-weft basket woven with reed. As our hands work, we will weave connection through shared stories, song, and quiet presence, allowing the day to deepen beyond skill-building into connection, and belonging. This is a hands-on, full-day class. Participants will leave with either...
