Shekinah Blu Sophia is a practicing Mystic, holistic practitioner, and energy worker devoted to guiding souls to become their own healers. Having cultivated wisdom through sacred medicine ceremonies and a deep connection to the mysteries of ascension, Blu weaves ancient wisdom and modern practices to facilitate profound transformation and healing.

Carrying the ethos of “No risk, no magic” and “Know Thyself,” Blu lives with a deep reverence for nature, fostering creative flow and creating sacred spaces for connection, healing, and empowerment.

Currently training to become a breathwork practitioner, Blu incorporates conscious breathing, sacred rituals, and energy alignment to support beings in awakening their highest potential.
