One-way shuttle from Cave Junction (Spirit Weavers Gathering) to Medford Airport.  We have limited space available and all passes are sold first come, first serve. There is a 9am and 2pm departure shuttle from the land on the Monday of the Gathering, June 19th for Sun & June 26th for Moon Session.

Shuttles are open for purchase from March 1st – June 14th

Shuttle Policies:

• SHUTTLE PASSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
• Do not purchase a shuttle pass until your flight is purchased in advance.
• Do not purchase a shuttle pass if your Thursday flight arrives at Medford after 11:30am. The last shuttle bus is leaving promptly at 12pm, and will not wait for those with delayed flights in order to arrive to the gathering on time for opening ceremony.
• Do not purchase a shuttle pass if your departure flight on Monday is earlier than 12pm. The earliest bus arrives to the airport at 10:30am and there is always potential for delays in traffic.
• SWG is not liable for any missed or cancelled flights, as SWG is not in control of this unforeseen changes and have already paid for the shuttles in full in advance. Shuttle seats are non-refundable and non-transferable.
