Lay Your Body Down with Sibyl Buck A meditation and restorative yoga workshop focused on releasing the impressions our past stresses have left on the muscles in order to rebirth ourselves through and into the present moment. Pranayama, restorative postures, some dynamic movement, and lots of guided meditation will take us in deep, where we can make profound shifts in the energy body, covering ground much more quickly than is possible in the physical body. Please bring a blanket or any bolsters/pillows you may have. Some will be provided, but the more the merrier with restorative poses! This class is 60 minutes in length.
