Mother’s Nature: Preparing for Birth & the Postpartum
As a society we have lost our way when it comes to birth. With increased emphasis on intervention and interruption, which don’t increase safety, there is a more aligned way. Our innate design is incredibly wise and supporting our natural essence brings about the healthiest, most powerful experiences guiding our babies earthside.
In our time together, we’ll discuss What Makes Birth Safe? We will explore the preparation and physiology, including the altered states of consciousness experienced by mother and baby. Weaving pre and perinatal psychology, instincts and intuition, and inner exploration, we explore personal rewilding and deepening our spiritual practice.
Early postpartum is an important time for bonding, nourishing, and healing. Creating a postpartum plan during your pregnancy, finding your support people, and setting aside time to stay in bed with your newborn is highly beneficial. We will also delve into healthy microbiome cultivation and inheritance.
All are welcome; whether preparing to conceive, pregnant, supporting pregnancy or just curious and called.
