Mother of two, an eternal seeker, Morena was born in Argentina where she grew up and began to explore life and arts.
In her early childhood, acting was all she dreamed of. She started to take drama classes in her teens and kept doing it after High school. While studying drama classes, she began to work in a Theater, where she learned inside and out the whole spectrum of Theater Life. It was in those early years that she discovered Contact Improvisation Dance and immediately fell in love. Quickly, Morena became part of the big community of CI dancers in Argentina, participating in classes, JAMS (free CI dance meetings) and international gatherings in Argentina and Brazil through the years.
As well, Morena delved into the ancestral art of ceramics. A skill that she developed for years, considering it a refuge in her life, a deep and intimate relationship with the elements.
Last year she received a certification as a Yoga Teacher.
Meditation and mindful practices are super important in Morena’s life. Practices that encourage and nourish her body awareness and develop creativity.
