Lydia (she/her) is an earth scientist by trade and a perpetually enthusiastic maker of things by nature. As a product of immigrants displaced by revolution and hardship, Lydia’s upbringing elevated self reliance and reverence of natural beautify in equal measure. Over the past few years, Lydia has been melding her knowledge of geologic materials and natural herbs with her arts and creations to incorporate a sense of place and grounding. Provenance is an enduring element of her work.
