Erin Elliott

Erin Elliott

I’m Erin, the artist behind Dacha Glass PDX and make stained glass from my home studio in a cabin in the woods of the Oregonian Forest in a hut supported by chicken legs. My studio is lovingly referred to as the Baba Yaga, which is a ferocious woman and supernatural being that dwells deep in the forest.

I have found glasswork to be a transformative and meditative art form and my work is largely inspired by nature, magic, women, and the fat femme embodied experience. I love day moons, foraging, and working with heat and glass to bring light into our lives in new and magical ways. I am guided to build social capital and stengthen community through art, sharing, love, and empathy.

Erin Elliott will be teaching Connecting with Light: Stained Glass Suncatcher Workshop.
