As a Relationship Counselor, I help clients recognize how systemic forces—patriarchy, capitalism, organized religion, white supremacy, and colonialism—have shaped our relationship patterns across generations. For those assigned female at birth, these systems often create deep conditioning to doubt or dismiss our inner truth, teaching us to prioritize others’ realities over our own.
The path to healing involves releasing the need to manipulate and control both ourselves and others. As we let go of these patterns, we discover that unraveling from codependency opens the door to deeper, more authentic love. This journey is about reclaiming your inner compass and cultivating genuine connections based on authenticity rather than obligation.
At the heart of this work is learning how to be together in a good way—accepting ourselves and others exactly as we are. I share the truth about patterning in a clear, direct, and loving way, helping clients develop a healthier relationship with truth itself. By sharing the tools from my own journey, I support others in reconnecting with their authentic selves.
Erika Wright will be sharing Leave the Cult of People Pleasing.
