The Kosmic Kitchen was born out of a friendship. We met while sowing the seeds for a community garden. It was there we discovered herbalism, and the plants' incredible capacity to heal. We brought home an abundance of herbs and discovered new (and old) ways to incorporate them into our everyday. We started to see our kitchen as a sanctuary. A place to nourish, heal, and make magic. It was through Community Singing that I found the medicine needed to reclaim my voice and vibrancy.
