I have been on a self-reflective and healing journey for the past 28 years, focusing on ancestral healing and personal transformation. My path began with yoga studies, which I’ve been teaching for 25 years, and evolved to include coaching, ceremonial practices, and Dreamwork. For over a decade, I’ve specialized in guiding women through significant life transitions, weaving these modalities into retreats, workshops, and 1:1 mentorship. Recently, my studies have focused on the transition from motherhood to menopause, reshaping my understanding of perimenopause as a deeply empowering journey. Through Dreamwork, I support women in visioning into menopause as an opportunity for growth and reclamation. My ancestral lineage is European, specifically Spanish and French, and my Dreamwork teachings stem from my studies with Grandmother Sarah. Shauna Lay will be sharing...
