Yvonne Mayshark

Yvonne Mayshark has been studying and working with medicinal plants and holistic healing modalities since 2007. She is trained in Clinical Herbalism, Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy. Yvonne is passionate about teaching others how to heal themselves with plants, and her teachings emphasize a holistic approach to herbalism and plant medicines. Using plants for healing is so much more than taking an herb when we are unwell, but is a practice of using herbs in our everyday lives, growing medicines in our gardens and forming loving relationships with the plants that nourish us. 

Besides teaching, Yvonne runs an herbal apothecary, makes herbal and ayurvedic products, and works with clients to guide them on their journey to good health. Yvonne is based in Mendocino County, California.
