Having been brought up in South Florida, Lexy was always found in nature and in the Ocean. She found the natural world to be most inspiring to her and went out to receive a degree in Biology. After receiving her degree is when she decided to dig a lot more deeply into the wild herbs and foraging world. Lily Chau was born and raised in the green mountain state of Vermont.
