Ana Paula is an Ecosomatic Women’s Health Educator and Practitioner with over 10 years of experience. She supports women in discovering their inner wisdom to navigate through various stages of their sexual, reproductive and hormonal journeys with greater resources and nourishment.
Her body of work is anchored in four pillars: physiology, ecosomatics, ritual, and expressive arts. Combining these, she creates individual and group experiences so women feel at home within their body and the world around them.
Ana Paula has served as consultant, educator, practitioner, and spiritual guide bridging western approaches with ancestral wisdom, which have been passed from indigenous teachers throughout South and North America.
She holds a Master’s in Medical Microbiology, with 250 hours of training in Hormonal Health and 200 hours in trauma work. She has consulted for women’s health organizations in LATAM and the US.
Originally from Colombia, Ana Paula now lives in Northern California with her husband and daughter
