An immigrant to this country and Of Mencius descent on my mother’s side. I have been walking the wise woman path of healing for most of my life, in recent years apprenticing closely with dear friend Marysia Miernowska of Sosw. The way, or the Tao is the undercurrent of my upbringing. I have taught yoga for nearly 20 years, under the guidance of Annie carpenter and Mary ezraty. Who has since passed. I also serve tea, of the global tea hut lineage with Wu de and Baelyn as my guides. So much to share and hope to have an opportunity to share this sweet offering. My teacher jan birchfield of antara guides me in all things dear to me at the moment.
