Sarah Knapp is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), grief worker, ceremonialist and singer. She took care of her Dad, dying of Alzheimer’s disease, throughout her 20’s and facilitated a traditional home funeral and vigil for him when he died in 2021.
Sarah facilitated grief circles & yoga for grief classes in San Diego and had a private practice in earth-based grief counseling & Somatic Experiencing for the past 5 years. She is currently in the process of transitioning her work to online, group singing & somatics courses.
She runs a course every few months called, “Singing From My Body, Singing From My Soul!”
