I’ve been on a self-reflective path and healing my ancestral lineage for the last 28 years. I began my studies within the yoga path and started teaching 25 years ago. I added coaching as a part of my work and moved into ceremonial studies thereafter. I have been teaching and guiding other humans on their self-reflective path for 25 years, and have specialized in areas that empower women during significant life transitions for the past 10.
I’ve taught several retreats for mostly women diving into life transitions and how to navigate them successfully and truthfully. My most beloved course, Sacred Communication was created to teach women how to communicate in a way that helps them be seen and heard and therefore honored in all of their life transitions. I’ve studied Dreamwork for the past 2.5 and incorporated it into my personal work as well as with my clients.
My offerings range from embodiment healing practices via yoga and meditation to empowering women through workshops focused on communication, emotional healing, relationship dynamics, and visionary exploration. My 1:1 work involves all of the above as well as dreamwork and family constellation therapy.
