WildCore is a blend of choreography, conscious dance, breathwork & belonging. The movements are gently guided, offering space to discover your own unique expression and quality of aliveness. Awakening your vertical power begins with your roots, your ability to ground and connect to mother-earth and the earth within your body. Once we open this gateway we generate the inner fire that can burn any outdated beliefs, contracted areas and begin to feel the authenticity of our core expression.
When our vertical channel is open, we can then receive and feel the resources from the energies of the cosmos, the sun, moon and beyond. Leaving you with a new sense of connection and alive-ness. Come explore and awaken your vertical power.
