In this class, we will be discovering the magical alchemy of culturing foods and fermentation. In a few easy steps we will transform food into medicine.

Fermentation is one of the oldest known methods of food preservation. We will be learning the history, the basic science behind it, the health benefits, and how to do it yourself.

During our time together, we will be practicing hands on techniques for creating a yummy, classic, probiotic rich sauerkraut as well as an immune superstar known as Fire Cider.

At the end of our class, you will be able to take a pint of fresh sauerkraut and a jar of Fire Cider home with you to share with friends and family.
