Slow Belly Tending is a gentle, relational approach to meeting the belly as a place of body-based communication, digestion, emotional processing, and creativity.
In this class, you’ll learn simple, accessible practices you can return to daily, including Chi Nei Tsang self-massage, basic organ wisdom, and belly-based breath and sound.
Using our hands, we’ll meet the belly in both practical and devotional ways.
Participants will leave with a felt understanding of how to listen to their belly, practical tools to support digestion and a simple framework for ongoing belly tending.
