03 Jan Slow Belly Tending
Slow Belly Tending is a gentle, relational approach to meeting the belly as a place of body-based communication, digestion, emotional processing, and creativity.
In this class, you’ll learn simple, accessible practices you can return to daily, including Chi Nei Tsang–inspired self-massage, basic organ wisdom, and belly-based breath and sound.
Using our hands, wooden belly gua sha, and herbal belly bundles that we’ll make together, we’ll meet the belly in both practical and devotional ways. Each participant will receive a wooden belly gua sha and an herbal belly bundle to take home for continued belly care..
Participants will leave with a felt understanding of how to listen to their belly, practical tools to support digestion and a simple framework for ongoing belly tending that doesn’t rely on intensity or discipline.
Slow Belly Tending will be shared by Katherine Dessert.
