SEVA CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT & ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION

Thank you for confirming your seva attendance. We will be taking your credit card information for your seva deposit, though your credit card will only be charged if you are a no show, cancel within 8 days of the gathering start date, or leave during a session.  These forms will be deleted after the gathering in June.  We appreciate your understanding!
