30 Dec Saoirse Watters
Saoirse Watters is a harpist, ritualist, and plant-lover rooted in Celtic and Nordic healing traditions. Raised on a farm in South Louisiana, she learned early how to listen—to land, animals, stories, and songs—and has been following those threads ever since. Saoirse has been weaving music, women’s ritual, and earth-based craft for over 13 years, offering spaces that are grounded, trauma-informed, and joyfully alive.
Her work draws from Celtic ancestral herblore, Northern European folk ritual, and lived relationship with land and plants, while also being shaped by teachings shared in relationship by Indigenous elders and teachers of the Americas. She is committed to ethical, non-appropriative practice, teaching within her lineage and with transparency and care. Now based on a homestead in the Colorado Front Range, she tends medicinal herbs, sheep, and ancestral crafts, and partners with a clinical herbalist to bridge folk and clinical wisdom.
In her classes and workshops, expect harp music, myth, laughter, ritual, and practical magic—an invitation to remember your own relationship with land, ancestry, and the living world.
Saiorse Watters will be sharing Drop Spindle Spinning and Singing: Traditions of Wool, Rhythm & Song as well as Mugwort, Moxabustion, and Moonsong.
