Rachel Marie Musquiz is a holistic chef, culinary herbalist, postpartum doula, and the creator of Doula Kitchen. She has spent the last decade crafting nourishment with the belief that food is medicine, herbs are allies, and the kitchen is a temple.
Her work is grounded in cross-cultural postpartum traditions and formal training in herbalism, perinatal nutrition and doula care. Rachel’s own healing journey began in the kitchen, and her path naturally unfolded into supporting mothers during their childbearing years.
Through her Doula Chef Training and apprenticeships, she supports a growing lineage of kitchen healers and culinary caregivers by teaching ancestral nourishment as both a sacred calling and professional path.
Her classes and mentorship share sacred nourishment as devotional practice, weaving storytelling with practical kitchen wisdom, and honoring traditions of tending the hearth.
