North Shore Kauai Sublet

Our beautiful 3 bedroom Moloaa Home is available for the Summer! Our family spends each summer in Oregon so we are heading to the mainland. House is super unique as its part cabin with a shipping container addition. 1,500 sf plus additional office, music studio or another additional hale downstairs. The land is over 3 1/2 acres and with lots fruit trees including 5 mango trees that should be full all summer. The house has incredible views of the Moloaa Valley. Bedroom 1 has a King, Bedroom 2 has a full and Bedroom 3 is a Queen.

Our sublet is available June 1st-Oct 1st 2024.

We are located in Moloaa which is the driest area of the North Shore. Just 20 mins from Kapaa, 5 minutes to Kilauea and 15 minutes to Hanalei. We are only a 2 minute drive to Moloaa Bay & Larsons Beach as the property sits right in between the two beaches.

Lots of land to roam and a beautiful outside lawn with outdoor lanai’s. We even have an epic sunset deck! House receives a ton of light and trade winds which means the space is super dry and free of mold which is rare on the North Shore.

We are asking $5,300.00 per month with utilities included. Comes with lawn care twice a month. We have a 2019 Nissan Truck that can be rented in addition.

House comes with two outdoor kitties that are on an automatic feeder as well as the most precious persian kitty who stays indoors. She is honestly the best part of the house.
