Hi! My name is Carmen and I am honored to be walking this gathering with you. I will be sharing a class on nightmares, and stepping through the threshold to get to the other side and find the medicine in these typically ‘scary’ dreams. With help of our ancestors, we will call upon guidance from our dream spirit helpers and create an ancestral mask to aid in our nightmare work. We will learn what nightmares really are, how to work with them, and how to come out the other side appreciative for the dream. We will journey together back into a nightmare with the help of our ancestral dream spirits, and together we will journey across the threshold to the beautiful medicine that lies on the other side.
