An intro to the Art of Natural Building:
Building naturally can look many different ways, and in this class you will learn the basic principles of natural building, including the different ways to include it in your current or future home + all of the styles, materials and uses.
We will discuss the history of different methods, how and why to use different materials in different regions, and even where to find resources for your home project.
This class will be divided in half, with the first section being informational, and the second section being a Q&A for all of your building and design questions. Think of this time as group consultation for your land/home space.
If you don’t have land or live in a conventional house, this class will also include ways to bring clay and natural materials into your home for a more earthy and connected, clean way of renovating or reimagining your home space.
