12 Apr Morning Yoga: Breathe, Move + Meditate
Greet the morning, along with the sun, in this gentle, all-levels yoga practice designed to honor your body and mind. Move your body to the beat of your breath and lubricate those joints before a fun-filled day of feeling great on your feet. Each yoga class starts with a grounding breathwork practice and then ends with a heart-centered mediation. Bring your yoga mat, sun protection and layers. Yoga blocks will be provided.
