30 Dec MoonSONG: Communal Singing as Ritual & Return
MoonSONG is a communal singing circle rooted in voice, presence, and connection. Guided gently, participants are invited into simple, shared songs that support collective regulation, embodied listening, and a felt sense of belonging—often in relationship with nature and the land around us.
Across cultures and throughout time, humans have gathered in circles—around fires, under the moon, in moments of grief and celebration—to sing, share, and remember together. Singing in circle allows nervous systems to settle and connect, energy to move through the body and the community, and voices to open in ways that are both healing and empowering.
This offering welcomes all voices, regardless of experience. MoonSONG is not about singing “well,” but about the pleasure of singing itself—hearing one another, sharing meaningful words, laughing, and coming into deeper relationship with your own voice. A space to soften, to play, and to return—from force to flow—through shared sound and presence.
