30 Dec MoonMapping
MoonMapping is a cyclical framework and embodied practice that supports women in reconnecting with rhythms we were never taught to listen to. In a culture that values consistency, productivity, and override, many of us grow up without guidance for understanding our hormonal cycles, energetic shifts, or the natural phases of rest and renewal that support a healthy life.
Rooted in Traditional East Asian Medicine, somatic awareness, and lived cyclical wisdom, MoonMapping offers a simple and clarifying way back to the body. During this class, participants create a perennial MoonMapping calendar, a personal tool for tracking energy, intention, and cyclical patterns across time. This practice offers both permission and clarity—helping participants recognize when to rest, when to act, and how to make choices that support hormonal balance, vitality, and sustainability rather than depletion.
MoonMapping is especially supportive for those navigating fertility, perinatal and postpartum seasons, or any life threshold where force no longer works. By restoring relationship with cyclical rhythm, this offering supports the body’s natural capacity for regulation and prepares the ground for a more attuned, resilient, and nourishing way of living.
Grace Van Bodhi will be sharing MoonMapping: Returning to Rhythm & Remembering Cyclical Wisdom.
