For seven years, Lauren has specialized in herbal distillation – hand crafting hydrosols from fresh plants and tending this ancestral art with precision and heart.
Her dedication to education and sustainability shines through co-stewarding the Denver Herb Club, teaching at CSCH, supporting the Sustainable Herbs Initiative, stewarding wild lands, and hosting community classes at her United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary in Denver, CO.
