Jackie DeConti is a yoga teacher, herbalist, and creative guide with Southern European ancestral roots. She has over a decade of experience teaching yoga, movement, and meditation, with training through the Shiva Rea lineage and the Kunga School of the Wilmington Yoga Center.
Her herbalism training has been shaped by the School of the Sacred Wild, along with years of personal relationship-building with the plants and lands she tends. Her Ayurvedic studies come through Katie Silcox and The Shakti School, alongside foundational teachings from Italian-American folk herbalism and the lineage of Dr. Vasant Lad.
Her intuitive watercolor practice has grown from working with plant infusions and earth-based creative rituals. She shares these offerings with respect for their origins and within the scope of teachings she has been given permission to carry, with the intention of helping others reconnect with their bodies, creativity, and the living world.
Jackie will be offering Embodying Nettles, an earth-based ritual of movement, plant communion, and creative devotion.
