Intro to Intuitive Quilting

Working with cotton, linen, wool, and silk, Sam and Livia will teach the basics of hand piecing and quilting to create functional and beautiful heirloom home goods. We will be guiding folks in making small altar quilts, providing some structure but also opportunity for intuitive exploration.

The foundation skills taught in this course can be used to make a variety of larger and smaller scale projects. Students will walk away with a finished project (skill level dependent), plus some fresh creative juice to fuel more hand-stitching in the future!

This is a full-day class, to allow everyone to work in a relaxed manner and receive plenty of individualized attention.
