10 Jan Crafting Your Song
What would your soul say to you, if you gave her the space to sing?. What would she sound like? What would she sing back to you? Songcrafting is an ancient practice to give an ode to the different realms; ancestral, earthly, cosmic, and so on.
This workshop is an opportunity for you to enter into the portal of songwriting as a form of communication with your inner and outer world. You will learn how to craft your own song through your unique vessel, and add your soul’s blueprint to the sonic archives. During this workshop, you will learn techniques for preparing your physical vessel, creating a cohesive storyline, the different elements of a song, weaving melody and rhythm, and listening to the environment around you to create a meaningful song.
You will be given the opportunity to share and have your piece live-workshopped.
