Brittany Walker

Brittany Walker

Growing up in Virginia, Brittany spent most of her time outside—exploring, observing, and experimenting. Over the last decade, returning to those early habits, she has spent her time working outdoors, foraging, making art, and founding an outdoor school.

Her natural dye practice began while teaching young children outside, playing with flowers, leaves, and fabric as a way to explore color, curiosity, and the living world together.

Outside of her forest school, Brittany spends her time with her family and new baby, farming and foraging for medicine and materials, and creating in her studio through her business, Walker’s Wild Goods.

Her work is rooted in observation, connection, and seasonal cycles—learning directly from plants through foraging, gardening, and working with natural fibers. Through her teaching, she invites others to slow down, work with their hands, and experience how plants leave an echo of themselves behind, carrying their form, color, and spirit into cloth.

Brittany Walker will be sharing Lasting Color Ecoprinting.
