Breath Vitality

This is 60 minutes of guided conscious breathing to regulate the nervous system and influence the day in an elevated and embodied way. Infuse your day with this practice to ignite a steady and fresh flow of connection and attunement to the natural elemental rhythms. These practices will develop self-awareness and regulation, reduce stress and stressors, increase clarity and focus, increase motivation and creativity, and access natural meditative states. Create momentum with each session to bring into your routine, your life, and all your passions. Multi-disciplinary, science-based and principle-based Breathwork practices will be provided and guided within each unique session.

No experience required and all skill levels and abilities are welcome.
This will be offered each day before breakfast and morning circle.
