This skillshare and conversation is a bold invitation to unlearn the stories that have taught us to doubt, judge, and disconnect from ourselves, and to reclaim a deeper, more liberated way of being. We will explore decolonization as both a personal and collective practice, revealing how patriarchal and colonial frameworks shape our ideas of beauty, wellness, and worth, and how divesting from them opens the door to radical self-love, embodiment, and true wellbeing.
Through guided practices and honest conversation, we’ll repair our relationship with our bodies, honor them through nourishment, and reconnect to self-care as an act of resistance and reverence for both our bodies and the earth. This space is for those ready to stop measuring themselves against harmful standards, embrace their authentic expression, and root into their body as it is: now. Especially if you’ve moved through profound physical transitions or feel called to understand the systems that profit from our insecurities, this gathering offers clarity, tools, and resources to support your ongoing liberation and remembrance of yourself as a powerful, multidimensional being.
BODY PRISMS : Embracing the multidimensional nature of our body and spirit through the practice of decolonization & radical embodiment will be shared by Lunita Velasquez
