Learn the basics of Metalsmithing! Metalsmithing is a wonderful craft transforming art into a wearable piece. Learn the basics of solder, filing, hammering, finishing and polishing. Attendees will get a great look into how to setup an inexpensive home setup with many tools they likely already have. You will leave the class with several tools, a finished piece and a new skill to take home. We will be working with sterling silver and brass metals.
Attendees must take this class if they want to take the Bezel Setting Stone class and have no prior metalsmithing experience.
