01 Jan Alysse Doty
Alysse Doty is a psychic channel and healer with over twenty years of dedicated training and professional practice. She began formal study in 2003 through long-term apprenticeship in channeling, energy healing, and ethical spiritual work, and has since supported hundreds of clients in deep subconscious and trauma-informed healing.
For the past six years, her primary focus has been Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), a precise, pendulum-based modality used to identify and clear the root causes of emotional pain, trauma imprints, and inherited patterns. Her own healing from sexual abuse through this work profoundly shaped her path and continues to inform the care, integrity, and depth she brings to her teaching and practice. She has also offered extensive pro bono support for survivors.
Alysse is known for her clarity, humor, and grounded approach. Her work sits at the intersection of mysticism and inquiry; equally informed by intuitive perception and a deep curiosity about how and why these tools work. She approaches spiritual practice as something that can be studied, refined, and applied with discernment, rather than mystified or abstracted.
Outside of her professional work, Alysse is devoted to her continued spiritual study, gardening, folk herbalism, crafting, marriage and motherhood. These lived practices shape how she teaches; practical, embodied, and rooted in real life.
At Spirit Weavers, Alysse teaches Reclaiming the Art of Dowsing, offering a clear, ethical, and experiential introduction to pendulum work as a tool for inquiry, healing, and personal clarity.
