I have been walking the way of story for over two decades. Telling stories is my calling. But it’s also in my blood. I come from a line of women artists who dared to be seen, courageously offering their inside world to brighten the outside one through the beauty of their unique expression.
I honor them by tending to the creative force that’s alive in me–writing and filming stories of hope and healing that have reached millions around the planet. I believe a single story can forever change your life. Many have changed mine. They are my sacred maps. Now, teaching is an act of gratitude–guiding others to come home to themselves. I’m a student of life and living teachers Naomi Shihab Nye and Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes.
