Aiyah Geier

Aiyah a professional cheesemaker and creamery manager at a small creamery in southern Oregon. Aiyah started her love of cheese young and has long had a love affair with cheese! A gardener, homesteader and mother of 3, cheesemaking fit in with her dream of more self sustainability on the land. She started home cheesemaking about 10 years ago after taking some intensive cheese making courses and has been making cheese commercially for 3 years. She is excited to share her love of cheese and cheesemaking at Spiritweavers where we will make and flavor chevre, a soft goat’s milk cheese.
