Aiyah Geier is a cheesemaker that lives in the Siskiyou Mountains of southern Oregon where she runs a small organic creamery at Wooldridge Creek Winery. Aiyah has been making cheese for 18 years and making cheese professionally for 9 years.
Cheesemaking is an extension of her love for cooking and sharing food and she is excited to share the art and craft of cheesemaking with you!
