Accommodations Terms and Conditions

Instructors: You can get a full refund up until June 1st. After that, no refunds will be given for your part time teaching fee.
Seva: See refund details on your original Seva Contract.
Refunds: There are no refunds on Accomodations
Transfers: If you would like to transfer your accommodations to another Spirit Weavers 2023 attendee, The original email must be passed along to tranferee, printed out and brought with you to accommodations check in at the gathering. Transfers are only valid for the 2023 gathering.
Car Camping Pass: No refunds will be given but transfers are allowed.
Products: Refunds will be given if product is returned within two weeks of purchase date in original condition.
