I’m an Integrative Nurse with 15 years of diverse experience in allopathic and integrative medicine spaces. I specialize in Women’s health, with a particular focus on the intersection of functional nutrition, minerality and hormone health through a Woman’s lifespan. I’m interested in empowering women through integrative, bio-individualized medicine, and utilize both Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and the DUTCH Hormone and Organic Acid test to best understand and support your unique terrain, empowering you with knowledge about your elemental inheritance and biochemistry. My approach draws on terrain theory, ancestral and earth-based wisdom and evidenced-based science to support the body’s psycho-cellular axis, natural coherence and healing potential.
