Gabrielle Wildheart is an award-winning public artist, teacher and guide based on Vashon Island, WA. She is known for her detailed imagery which explores mystic teachings and Goddess traditions from around the world. Her work draws heavily from her neopagan, Celtic lineage, as well as the indigenous traditions of the land where she is from (Turtle Island). Gabrielle studied classical oil painting, paint creation and canvas construction at the Florence Academy of Art in Florence, Italy. She also holds a Masters Degree in Conceptual Fine Arts from University of the Arts London, UK. Her career includes over 100 public art installation located around the country. Previous clients include Seattle Art Museum, Bellevue Art Museum, and the Hague City Government (NL).
In addition to her fine art career, Gabrielle is a certified Yoga teacher, Reiki Master and practicing storyteller. She regularly leads Women’s moon circles and facilitates sacred ceremonies for her local community. She has trained in Vipassana Meditation, Tibetan Tantra, Neo-Tantra, Ayurveda, European mythology and Toltec Spirituality. Teachers include Rie Katagiri, Layla Martin, Antonia Greene, Cosetta Romani, Silvia Mordini and Joshua Schrei.
