Mapping the Belly: Self-Healing Through the Organs
In this workshop, we’ll approach the belly as a living map of health, vitality, and inner knowing. Through guided self-massage, breathwork, and somatic ways of listening drawn from Chi Nei Tsang, we’ll gently attune to the soft tissue around the vital organs—liver, gallbladder, stomach, spleen, intestines, and more.
Each organ carries physical, emotional, and energetic patterns that shape our overall well-being. By learning how to listen to the belly and unwind tension around the organs, we invite the natural flow of energy, circulation, and emotional ease to return. Along the way, we’ll explore how unprocessed emotions—like frustration, worry, and overthinking—can soften through simple, embodied attention.
You’ll leave with gentle ways to tend your belly’s vitality—tools for easing digestive tension, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting to the deep rhythms of your body. These pathways support not only physical well-being but also emotional clarity, steadiness, and a sense of rootedness in yourself.
No prior experience is needed. This class is for anyone longing to deepen their relationship with their body and remember the self-healing wisdom carried within.
Mapping the Belly will be shared by Katherine Dessert.
